The internet, and more specifically modeling forums, by far have to be the best tool at the modelers disposal. In the time I’ve been active on forums (about 5 years now) I have watched my work improve exponentially; though I’m no where near where I would like to be. I can honestly say a big part of that growth has come in the form of improving my kills by improving my tools and following tips…most of those tools and tips I have learned of in forums from other builders.
Whether you’re a beginner, or veteran looking to improve your arsenal, it’s my pleasure to bring to you as many tips and tool recommendations as I can. This is a very subjective area of our hobby, and some things that work for others may not work for you. The best advice is to try as many things as you can until you find the items that help you build better models in the easiest way possible.
